Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after the order is received, as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to initiate a return
Send an email to trendify.europesup@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Name
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item (if necessary)

We will reply with instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund using the original payment method within up to 7 business days.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of:

• Used products
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Personal hygiene items (for safety reasons)
